Amazing and fast service! 1-13-25 Had James return to install a backup pump, quick and professional just like last time! It was the end of his workday but he stuck around to get the job done when I needed it.

I’m completely satisfied with the work done by Mike D. He was prompt and courteous, and I really enjoyed meeting him. He took the time to explain the issues I was having with water drainage through my main sewer line, which I really appreciate, and he quickly restored the flow through the line. Should I need plumbing services in the future, I will absolutely call on this company again. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience. I started with a competitor who did a horrible job,misdiagnosed my problem, and gave me an exorbitant quote. Mr Rooter was my second opinion, and I will go to them first in the future. My tech was Mike, and he proved to be very knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. Mike was upfront with me regarding pricing and took many steps to properly diagnose the issue I was experiencing. He gave me empirical evidence for all the conclusions he came to, and listened when I was explaining things I've learned about my house prior. Mike and his manager, Willy, came to the conclusion I needed some work done in the basement to get proper access to the blockage. I will mention they tried a test that they quoted at $500, and when it came back inconclusive, they scratched it from the bill, which I appreciated. The next business day, Ronnie was out to do the work. Ronnie did a great job taking up the cement floor, fixing the issue, and then patching the area. He was also respectful and knowledgeable. The pricing felt fair, and I have working plumbing. I'm so grateful. If you're on the fence, I suggest you give them a call.
