On Tuesday October 15th, we had a leak in our bathroom sink faucets. I called Mr Rooter and spoke with Bonnie. She set us up with appointment with Mark. Mark came out withn 30 mins. He found the problem, and told us we needed a new faucet. We got a faucet and Mark came back out today to install the faucet. Both days Mark was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous. He explained everything he was doing, and what needed to be done. He also gave us some recommendations on new faucets to buy. If we have other plumbing issues we are going to call Mr Rooter and have Mark do our work I wish I could give 10 stars...

Our tech showed up on time, completed the job in under and hour, and was courteous and educational along the way. He demonstrated understanding, compassion, and professionalism. Mr. Rooter plumbing is our go-to moving forward!

FINALLY! After calling another plumbing company and having them come out twice, with no luck - I called Mr Rooter and they were able to come to my home 2 days later and fixed the issue within 1.5 hrs that the other company couldn’t! It ended up being one of my kids socks down my floor drain (face palm), but the drain is no longer backing up all over my laundry room floor. I am so relieved!

Mr. Rooter recently replaced all my 1950s bathroom pipes and drains. They were on time, they did a great job and left the job site clean. They were courteous and friendly. I definitely recommend them.
