I'm very pleased with the service provided in such a short notice, having an Emergency due to a leaking kitchen faucet, Mr. Rooter employees went above and beyond to solve the problem within few hours. Luis was absolutely amazing, very clean work in a perfect timely manner, respectful and very polite! Will definitely call again anytime I need a professional plumbing company that was there when I needed it!

Tech arrived on time, was very nice, experienced plumber who knew his sh*t, explained the problem and fixed it immediately, gave me some options for a longer term fix so my sewer does not keep clogging, but zero hard sell. Just helpful.

I called and spoke to Rachel and she sent Nick over within a couple hours. He did not give up until he fixed both clogs that we had. Palmetto House is a very old building with very old plumbing. and it is a very confusing system and Lord knows you never know what some of these people put down the drains so we’re constantly getting clogs! Super professional and I highly recommend them!

We’re here the day after the hurricane !!!These guys got here, went to work and got this place cleaned up in a jiffy. Highly recommend them they were here the day after the hurricane left their machines running for 24 hours and got the office dried up extremely quickly and prevent the mold and mildew from growing in our carpet and our walls. Everyone was polite and courteous would definitely recommend them to other businesses.

We were replacing a vanity and a pipe suddenly burst, and even a secondary pipe bursted as well. Mr. Rooter responded quickly and sent out someone to help us almost immediately in our emergency. James was not only very knowledgeable and handy, he was also extremely kind, and down to earth. He put as at ease as we could easily feel weird because we do not share the same expertise.
