We were replacing a vanity and a pipe suddenly burst, and even a secondary pipe bursted as well. Mr. Rooter responded quickly and sent out someone to help us almost immediately in our emergency. James was not only very knowledgeable and handy, he was also extremely kind, and down to earth. He put as at ease as we could easily feel weird because we do not share the same expertise. He showed us everything in detail and even shared some great conversation with us. We definitely will be reaching back out for him / Mr Rooster for any future help!
