I sleep better knowing that we won’t have an overflowing drain in the middle of the night when the water softer cycles. The drain tech did completed a difficult job for us, no more glug, glug, glug while the washing machine empties! Thank you Mr Rooter!

I needed service on a Sunday. I contacted 7 plumbing companies that supposedly had 24/7 emergency services. Mr. Rooter Plumbing was the only one who got back to me, and was able to come out that day. DeShawn was polite, professional, explained everything to me, and got to work. He resolved my plumbing issue in short order and was on his way. Mr. Rooter did a great job fixing a minor plumbing issue today! My wife & I appreciate that they have 2 hour service windows and same day service on the weekend. One of their competitors has 4 hour appointment windows with the next available appointment on Wednesday.

The plumbing problem turned out to be a lot more difficult than was expected. However, they stuck around got the machines necessary and were able to get the clog cleared.

He showed up on a Sunday within 30 min! Jason was very knowledgeable and fixed the leak we had and hauled away the old and broken equipment. Highly recommend.
