“Eric, was kind , professional and courteous. He knew what he was doing, had the right tools for the job and didn't have to borrow mine unlike the other company that tried but failed to fix the problem and just wanted to cut a hole in the adjacent room. Thankfully Rooter showed up the next day with all their own tools and supplies. Eric had the job fished in about an hour. If I need future plumbing I'll call Rooter and ask for Eric”
