Three years ago, we were so satisfied with Mr. Rooter Plumbing's service that we didn't hesitate to call them again. This time to replace a toilet. First, it's nice to get a real person that answers the phone and who is pleasant. Next, Matt did the replacement service. He was very polite, professional, efficient, and he made sure the bath area was clean after he'd finished his work. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Our technician Mat was the best! He went above and beyond when what we thought was going to be a repair ended up being a full replacement of our tankless water heater. Highly recommend!

Mr. Rooter installed a new electric water heater in my home. The two technicians were on time and provided a reasonable quote, which I accepted. They returned about a half-hour later with the water heater, expansion tank, stand and the necessary tools to do the job. They worked efficiently and did an excellent job and left the work area as clean as they found it. They were professional and pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Very professional. They come, they assess, they estimate, they do a quality job. This is the third time Mr. Rooter has been out to the house for separate requests. This time Mat and Noah came out and did a great job. Lilly also handles calls and scheduling (and lots of questions) like a pro. I will call again :-)

Caleb and Mathew arrived on time, y very polite and professional, and got the job done with no problems. The stem on our shower faucet broke and they were able to remove the old one and replace it. They knew exactly what to do. While they were at ours until house I mentioned that I needed b doq a new waste disposal; they took a look and were able to give me a quote and replace it immediately. Great young men and great service.()

Very Happy with Mr Rooter. I had two clogged French Drains that other plumbing companies had declined to work on. Caleb and Mat showed up on time provided a quote for cleaning the drains and removed the clogs in a speedy and efficient manner. Once done they cleaned up behind themselves. Lilly was professional and friendly, answered promptly, took my information and sent confirmation emails immediately, even before I hung up the phone. I had called to request a free estimate on fixing a toliet that was leaking from the base. To my surprise, right before a major holiday (Thanksgiving), Lilly scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Jon arrived promptly at 8am. I called to get a small project done and I had been having trouble even getting a response from other contractors. Caleb of Mr Rooter came out that day, Monday, and gave me a quote which I accepted. He set an appointment to do the work on Thursday with them showing up between 8-10am. They were here around 8:30. Promptly took care of my project explaining exactly what they were going to do. I couldn't have been more pleased. My only "annoyance" and it's very minor was there was almost too much communication, texts and emails, once the appointment was set until they arrived to do the work. The more common issue is NO communication from contractors. Of the two choices, I'll take over communication. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing concern.

Really satisfied with their service. Had an issues with a flooding in the bathrooms in my business…they came out within 30minutes of calling them.
