I have had an ongoing issue with my kitchen sink for years. I didn't realize the severity of the issue, always thought it was just normal clogs as usually using Drano and other methods did work until it stopped working the other day. Kyle came out to assess the situation the other day and then came out today to work on clearing the drain and discovered that my entire kitchen line under the house was badly clogged from years and years of grease probably from previous people! They took the time to clear the drains and install new plumbing under my kitchen sink to help with better flow and ventilation. Very polite and walked me through every step they were doing to ease my worries! If you ever have plumbing issues, of any kind, give this company a call. They are seriously the best and wonderful people! This is the second time I have used their services and I honesty don't think I would recommend anyone else but them!

I had a sewer drain issue that another plumber had difficulty clearing and recommended Mr Rooter. I called; they were there very quickly; Luke researched, got an understanding of the system layout and went to work. He was very professional, cleared, cleaned up, explained issue to me and how he corrected it and was out within a couple of hours. Hopefully there won't be another next time but if there is, I will start with them!

Free estimate. Their estimate was what I paid. Could of got Tom, Dick, or Harry to of done it cheaper but a warranty and a guarantee is peace of mind and that's worth a lot.

Mr. Rooter recently pumped our septic system and did a great job. They were fast, courteous and left a clean job site. Highly recommend.

They were out first thing on Monday morning to find our septic tanks and diagnose the problem. We were back up and running the next day. We now know where the tanks are, plus they have risers and covers. We got the septic tank pumped. The job was done right, we could not be happier with the service and professionalism of the crew.
