Just wanted to share an experience we recently had with Mr. Rooter of Crossville. We wanted to replace two toilets, a laundry tub, and a whole-house water shutoff. We called Mr. Rooter and within a few days Cyle Quadlin came out to give us a quote. We were pleased with the quoted price as we were guessing much higher than the bill actually was. The product was ordered. The quote and installation occurred during the single-digit weather and, since our job wasn’t an emergency, we told them to come out whenever they had a break in the weather. They actually canceled one visit because of weather-related emergencies, but they had but Cyle and two technicians came out a few days later to perform the installation. All involved were very professional and explained things to us as they were doing them. They put down floor protection as they were walking from one side of the house to the other for each bathroom. They cleaned up everything before leaving, and closed the gate on the way out. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues we have. Thank you Mr. Rooter.

Very pleased with Mr. Rooter. When I called to have someone come out and evaluate our situation, they were here within 2 hours. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it promptly. We highly recommend them. They worked in the cold without complaints. Thank you for a job well done.

I have used Mr. Rooter for a while now. They get the job done every time! We had a clog that we could not get. I had multiple people come out and try to unclog it. Mr. Rooter had it fixed in about an hour super nice guy!!!

Richard, who came out, pointed out the things that were done wrong by a previous company when they installed countertops. He showed me what he was going to do and fixed the problem with things under the sink in the dishwasher, not draining correctly. Would definitely recommend him

I have had an ongoing issue with my kitchen sink for years. I didn't realize the severity of the issue, always thought it was just normal clogs as usually using Drano and other methods did work until it stopped working the other day. Kyle came out to assess the situation the other day and then came out today to work on clearing the drain and discovered that my entire kitchen line under the house was badly clogged from years and years of grease probably from previous people! They took the time to clear the drains and install new plumbing under my kitchen sink to help with better flow and ventilation. Very polite and walked me through every step they were doing to ease my worries! If you ever have plumbing issues, of any kind, give this company a call. They are seriously the best and wonderful people! This is the second time I have used their services and I honesty don't think I would recommend anyone else but them!

I had a sewer drain issue that another plumber had difficulty clearing and recommended Mr Rooter. I called; they were there very quickly; Luke researched, got an understanding of the system layout and went to work. He was very professional, cleared, cleaned up, explained issue to me and how he corrected it and was out within a couple of hours. Hopefully there won't be another next time but if there is, I will start with them!
