Great client service, especially when seemingly rare these days, is always worth recognizing. Ops Manager Chris was professional and courteous as he quickly dispatched technician Sam to a second home (I was 90 miles away from) to assess a main drain issue - recognizing we had weather coming the next day and shouldn’t delay. Sam is the man! Thorough inspection of our tank, cleaned filter, added additional bacteria for sludge breakdown. Also he was very careful with the handling of his unit and there was no invasion of our lawn. Pulled 1000 gallons and we waved good bye to the honey truck.
