The cold weather burst a pipe under our kitchen sink at 9:00 a.m. Called Mr. Rooter at 9:05 a.m. Service (Joe) was here by 9:30 a.m. Pipe repaired and completed project by 10:15 a.m. $400 and some change. Service and efficiency doesn't get any better. Highly recommended.

Sunday on the coldest day this season both toilets and showers were not working. I called Mr Rooter around noon they were at my house before 3:30 that day. The man was very understanding and considerate. He accessed the problem and everything was fixed and working within 1.5 hrs. Also being a weekend they do not charge inflated prices on weekends are same price as during the week. I was very pleased with the service and have been giving all my friends Mr Rooter contact info. This is a 5 star business giving 5 star service.

Joe and Anthony did a great job fixing our frozen pipes. They came out very quickly, were professional and clean (put on shoe guards), and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them both and will be using again!

Mr. Rooter was quick and precise. The plumber “Jared” was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and he cleaned up before leaving. My sink was clogged to the point that I needed a professional. Mr Rooter was here for me same day on a Saturday when I called and cleared the clogged pipes in less than an hour. So nice to have my sink back and peace of mind. I love the fact that the quote was free and if it wasn’t fixed then I don’t pay. I will use Mr. Rooter in the future.
