We have been dealing with a dripping (more like steadily streaming) bathtub faucet for a long time...like a couple of years, too long. We were stressed over the cost and time it would take to fix it. I finally bit the bullet and filled out the online form on Mr. Rooter's website. I got a call a few minutes later to schedule an appointment for the following day. A few minutes later I got another call and they said someone was available in the next 45 minutes if we wanted. He showed up exactly when promised and within 90 minutes he was DONE!! It was way less than we were expecting to pay and now I can't believe we waited so long. I 100% recommend making the call or filling out the online form. Don't put it off anymore. Just do it.
