I have used Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Columbia SC for multiple jobs in the past few years. Our home is older, and we had repairs that needed to be done in the bathroom, bathtub, and toilets. Each and every time, they have been professional, efficient, and their pricing is great. A couple years back, we had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve and Mac personally came out and repaired it for us on Christmas Day. If that doesn't show you their commitment to customers, I don't know what does. GREAT TEAM.

Needed to have the working mechanisms replaced for a shower. All the things I look for when needing services like this: knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and courteous. Plus they got the job done, which is what I was looking for.

Mr. Rooter came highly recommended to me by a plumbing company I have happily worked with in the past. They did not disappoint! They were quick to respond and send someone out. I felt very comfortable having their technicians in and out of my home while fixing the problem and I was happy with the solutions they provided! I would be happy to work with them in the future.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing has had to come out to my house a few times throughout the year for different plumbing issues and they are awesome! SUPER friendly every time and so quick about getting everything fixed! Will continue to use them for all plumbing needs at my house!

Mr. Rooter was great. Customer service was excellent, Samantha was very pleasant over the phone and sold me on their services better than their competitors did. Mac came out and quickly examined the sewage lines and located my septic tank. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Pleasure doing business.

Highly recommend!! Mr. Rooter plumbing service removed and installed new water heater and a new water turn off valve at my residence. Samantha at the front office was very courteous and helpful. Adam the plumber was professional efficient and completed the work flawlessly.

Mac and the entire team at Mr. Rooter are professional, efficient and honest! I received three quotes and Mr. Rooter was, by far, the most reasonable! I highly recommend them for tankless water heater replacement and all plumbing needs. I’ll never call anyone else!
