We needed a plumber in a very big hurry. The Mr. Rooter man was able to make repairs the same day, in fact, within hours.

I gave you 5 stars for the employees Sam and Zack who came out to do the work. Your office is very rude and does not know how to call people to let them know what is going on, terrible office management.

The person that i spoke with was friendly and very intune with my issues. I was able to get a SAME DAY appointment. Your associate that came to the house was very friendly and helpful. Fast, reliable, and affordable. I will use no one else going forward. Cannot say enough how great they were, even showing up on a Sunday evening when we needed them!
