I experienced an emergency..I had a pipe leaking with water seeping into an adjacent bedroom..The carpets were being replaced when I observed the leak. I called Mr Rooter, and they sent Brent out. he arrived about an hour later, fixed the leak, and provided a year warranty on the fix..I couldn't be happier with the response, the customer service, and professionalism of Brent..Thank you for coming through.

Very good technician, he fixed the problem. One question though, when I called in the problem the operator girl said I would receive a military discount off the $95 charge and to just let the technician know. But, the technician said, no military discount on the $95 we paid him. Do you give military discounts? Thank you, J. Jones

Mr. Rooter was able to get my plumbing needs done on quick notice. They did a great job installing a deep sink where there was a normal depth sink before, requiring a lot of replumbing. Technician was very knowledgeable and was very detailed in explaining everything that needed to be done for the installation. Thank you Mr. Rooter!!!
