I had a serious kitchen sink drainage problem that had been addressed twice by 2 different plumbers.. o had gotten quick fixes that lasted a few months but once more it happened again. I knew I needed a deeper/more thorough drain cleaning . So I called Mr Rooter. The next day Benjamin Brown arrived. Looked under my sink and immediately showed me the problem! He explained everything and told me of the 2 or 3 alternatives available. I was So impressed with his skill and knowledge And the time he took to educate me!!! I was really impressed with Benjamin. He was very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He took his time and did everything right. In a situation where your water heater goes out is never easy, but having Benjamin working on it made it not feel so bad; it was a true pleasure having him in my home.

Technician "Andrian" that did my hot water heater installation was right on time, very respectful, listened to my concerns, explained exactly what was needed, and the steps he would do to complete the installation. Adrian gave me a great install quote and started the install after I approved the quote. Adrian did an excellent job and did it in less than 2 hours. Found a great compnay for my plubming projects for the future.

Isaac was great, quick and efficient. I think it took him longer to carry the equipment in and out and do the paperwork then it did to remove the clog. 😊❤️ I had a handyman here to remove the clog the day before and he spent two and a half hours trying. He just didn't have the right equipment.

Benjamin was patient with our questions and concerns, methodical in finding the issue and minimizing the cutting he needed to do to find the source of the leak, as well as repairing it. My water heater thermostats had blown and the tank was starting to leak from the thermostats, and he was able to get the old water heater out, bring the plumbing to and from it back to code and get the new one in. John was awesome and asked before doing anything to make sure the job was done right with minimal impact to our home. Well done sir, thank you very much!
