I've had these guys out a few times to clean out my main line, and they have always been great! The other big name in town who does sewers never even calls me back, but Mr. Rooter has always been very responsive. This weekend, I experienced another mainline backup, this time just on its own and not when I was running the washer or anything. It freaked me out and now I know I need to take care of this ASAP. Lawrence came out to snake it, and Travis came out to send the camera down -- and yes, the pipe has collapsed. I did not see the footage, but I believe them. I will have them out to replace some part(s) of the mainline based on my experience so far and other reviews here on Google. I also need to do some other plumbing work (a sump pump installation), which I will talk to them about. Heck, I even have an HVAC project for them! So far, so good, and I will update here as we progress. Thanks, Travis, Lawerence and Brad!

Very informative and worked very hard to solve the problem

I was extremely pleased with the service, and the crew that came out to do major repairs on a sewer line blockage. The first day the crew was Caydin, William, Brad and Bruce. They were here for over 6 hours to get the problem resolved. They removed the toilet, then jack hammered through 8 inches of concrete, the had to remove 2' x 2' x 2' of dirt and sand to get to the sewer. The problem was more complicated , so Bruce came to run the video camera to see where the secondary main problem was. After assessing the situation the crew put the sand and dirt back and then put new concrete down. The following day Laurence and Travis came back to put the toilet back on. After that they then had to go into the kitchen and completely remove a 3'x4' section of vinyl flooring, then jack hammer through masses of concrete and tunnel through a ton of dirt and sand to get the sewer line, which was at least 3 feet plus down and then tunnel through to the sewer line. These two young men had to spend over 10 hours to get to the major sewer problem and then fix it. No breaks at all. All these men were polite, hard working, well mannered and cleaned up a huge mess, due to the kind of work it was. Laurence and Travis went above and beyond to get the job completed. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who has any problems with plumbing or sewer problems! I found them very trustworthy, up front and honest!
