Justin came up on a Sunday and he was amazing! The valves on the pipes were slightly opened and were making a high pitched vibration. He fixed the problem and explained the process and what was going on clearly. He was extremely professional and polite, and answered all of our questions!

What an amazing experience I’ve had on multiple occasions with Mr. Rooter!!! Their professional and willingness to help is exceptional. My main point of contact has been Matt and I must say he is one of a kind - always available and responsive and so knowledgeable. The folks that have helped on the jobs have been courteous, professional and dedicated. Marvin has been out multiple times as has Matt and Matt and today Mario helped. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter!!
