Andre was fantastic. We thought we were going to have to pay thousands of dollars to fix our plumbing, but he took a look around and showed us that the problem no longer existed, showed evidence that it had been a problem earlier, and showed us the signs to look for to see where the problem was coming from, should it happen in the future. We ended up just paying the $40 service fee. He offered to come out again at no additional service charge should the problem recur in the next few days. I definitely want Andre if we have plumbing issues in the future.

Michael came out in less than an hour of my call. Assessed my situation, gave me a better quote than all the other places I called as well. Michael took care of my issue in no time flat. I will certainly use Mr. Rooter again should the need arise. I will be asking for Michael to be my tech in the future.

They saved the day! My main line backed up late at night over a holiday weekend and they had someone dispatched to my house in less than a hour. Michael was courteous, good at communicating what the issue was and conscious of not damaging anything else while he worked. Top notch!

We have been having issues with our washing machine backing up into our basement. Andre came out on the night before Thanksgiving and helped us out. Very professional, down to earth guy. Would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and Andre to anyone!
