They were on time and did the work in a very timely manner. My son says it is a good pump they installed so should hold up well. The cost seemed high, but trust all will work out for the good of everyone. Very thankful overall.

Wow!! Sincerely impressed with the wonderful prompt service, communication and price! We had to install an entire water softener & neutralizer system after our old one of 20 yrs went bad. The communication was bar none from the start! Received a reminder email the day before, along with a text msg regarding the plumber being sent, with picture & credentials. On the day of, we received a text msg regarding arrival and eta. Our plumber, Zach, was prompt, extremely friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable - he explained everything to us and was very thorough & professional. This entire process & company totally exceeded our expectations! We will continue to use them in the future & will highly recommend Zach & Mr. Rooter to all of our friends. God Bless!
