First time ever using this company and now a client for life! Each person I interacted with was nothing but wonderful! Extremely helpful and very understanding. And they make things happen fast! Our repairman was kind, respectful and super knowledgeable. He was fast and efficient; made sure everything was right the 1st time. Also didn’t mind our son hanging by his side and asking questions and supervising. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Mr. Rooter, came the same morning that we called in with a water leak. They are very professional and have a tracking system so that you know when they are in the way.

Knowledge office personnel and technicians who respond in a timely manner. I particularly like that they use shoe covers and their own carpet to dust off their shoes.

Mr. Rooter accurately diagnosed a long-standing problem with our 1-year, 3-month old tankless water heater and we were quickly added to their schedule for the needed modifications.
