Mr Dubose was the plumbing professional who came to work on our clogged drain pipe. He came on Saturday, August 24. He was very punctual, in fact he actually arrived a bit early which was great. He explained everything involved with the backup problem and quoted the price after he assessed the problem. Our problem turned out to be roots had grown into the drainpipe (on the city side, thank goodness) and he was able to remove some of the smaller roots to get the clog cleared and the water flowing. Mr Dubose shared photos he had taken with the camera he inserted in the pipe to show us the problem. He wrote up a very detailed report including the photos, for us to share with the city workers if needed. There was no mess left where he worked. He also used a drain cleaner in every drain inside our house which coats the drains to help prevent future clogs. He marked the spot where the clog is located with white paint for the city workers, so they will be able to easily locate the root issue. Mr Dubose was at our house for 4+ hours. He was very respectful and well mannered, positive attitude, and helpful in explaining the clog issue. The pricing was very reasonable to us. We highly recommend Mr Rooter from Brunswick for all plumbing needs.
