Fantastic customer service. The plumber cdd cam out to give estimate free of charge , no hidden agenda if you decide not use them. No worried, you will want use them due to their fair pricing. They came out the same day to repair my little emergency , at no extra charge for same day . Excellent workmanship. From the lovely woman who answers the phone to book appointment and the knowledgeable plumber, it was a delight. I was kept informed by an actual phone call, not an automated text, when the plumber was running a few minutes late. This personal interaction does not exist in a lot of companies today. When the plumber arrived he had shoe covers on so as not to track dirt into my home. He was quick, efficient and explained everything before he started the job along with the pricing. The owners got it right and I’m thrilled I found Mr Rooter online. Look forward to hiring them in the future.

LOOK NO FURTHER YOU FOUND YOUR PLUMBER!!! Brian and Michael came out to my property to fix a slap leak that Admiral Plumbing failed miserably at repairing! These two men are very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly know what the heck they are doing!!! I would recommend this company and more important I would recommend Brian and Michael to anyone in the Palm Beach/Broward Area! I cannot thank these two gentleman enough! I FINALLY HAVE WATER AGAIN!! Caleb went above and beyond while working on our garbage disposal. He was incredibly respectful, responsive and professional; taking his time to walk us through the process and explain each step as he did it. He went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied and understood everything he did and what to do to extend the longevity of our new units. I would recommend Caleb specifically to anyone needing service in the area and if I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

We had a leak coming from the hot water handle in our kitchen in sink. After consultation with Kohler, they sent us a repair kit. I first called Paradise Plumbing, having worked with them before. Their technician said the existing water handle assembly would have to be cut off and the entire faucet replaced. they gave a quote for doing that work (but with me supplying the new faucet) I then called Mr. Rooter, and Delvin came out. He said there was no need to cut off anything. He was able to remove the existing faucet handle assembly and valve, and started installing the new one from Kohler. He then discovered that the supply hoses had a different type connector from the one that was on the faucet. He got on the phone with me Kohler and they were able to figure out that Kohler had sent the wrong assembly kit to. They are sending the correct kits next week and Delvin will come out to install them. We would only pay for a 2nd service call (and Kohler has agreed to re-imburse us for that). Delvin then re-assembled the faucet and told us to call when the new kits arrive. Delvin was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable - everything one could want. To top it off, Mr. Rooter's charges were less than the quote from Paradise and I don't have to buy a new faucet.
