Above and Beyond Service - Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter Plumbing! Last night, we had a potential emergency with our pump system and were understandably panicked. Even though it was after hours, Logan answered our call and was incredibly kind and reassuring. He went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot the issue and ease our worries, even at 9 pm! This morning, Richard D. came out to our home to assess the situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of, even though we were in a stressful situation. Both Logan and Richard genuinely cared about helping us find the best long-term solution for our family.
