Mr Rooter is Great!! I highly recommend using them for all of your plumbing needs, Julian from the Bradenton office was courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional. He was at our property in about an hour even though it was a holiday. Thank you Julian!!

Julien was awesome and time worthy much appreciated.

Julian came out and diagnosed the problem with my water heater. He discovered that it was an easy fix, so he repaired it at no charge. I will call Mr. Rooter again for all of my plumbing needs.

Our tech Luke Vickers did such an awesome job for us. His diagnostic and repair skills were fantastic.

(Aug-Sep 24) Updating my review to reiterate how much I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail the techs at Mr. Rooter exhibit. No one wants to hear that their entire home needs to be re-plumbed, but the sting hurts a little less when the news is delivered with a thorough game plan. Alex and his team kept me updated each step of the way while they worked. They made sure to show me the work before & after completion, explained their process step-by-step, and patiently answered my (many) questions. Alex and his team not only gave their expertise and long hours, but true peace of mind. Their service is worth every penny. (Dec 22-Jan 23) Two days before Christmas and less than 12 hours before I was meant to board a flight, I had a major plumbing backup. Mr. Rooter was able to get to me the quickest out of the companies I called. The tech, John, was very kind, calm, cool, and collected. He was patient and thorough in his explanations to my questions. He returned to the house while I was away to complete all necessary repairs, and I knew I didn’t have to worry at all about the quality of work being done. John managed to resolve all the plumbing issues I had since I purchased my home 1.5 years prior. I had quite a few plumbers look at the problems I was having before this incident, but John was the only person with answers. I had sustained moderate water damage and he recommended an incredible contractor to me for repairs. Next time I have to call a plumber, it will definitely be Mr. Rooter!

Luke did an awesome job on our sewer line repair and access points. He thoroughly explained the options which allowed us to select the best choice for repair. If you want quality service and great customer service I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Luke was FANTASTIC! Showed up to my house in less than an hour of my initial contact with Mr. Rooter on a Sunday night! Luke was able to diagnose and fix my plumbing issue immediately and in a timely manner! Professional, knowledgeable and very personable! I highly recommend Luke and Mr. Rooter!

Today we had Luke and Jacob. They came to check out our bathtub drain that was cemented shut, and they did really really try to fix it! It just wasn’t possible, which was absolutely expected. The next option was to replace the drain which is a 4-7 hour job. They, with no complaints or hesitations, returned to replace our drain the same day. They were super friendly and efficient; they didn’t mind any of the mess from us painting the house and were super respectful! These boys deserve a raise! haha!! They replaced the drain and quite literally saved our house! They also cleaned up and left no mess, they were really fast for how extreme of a job and they even tolerated the nosy neighbors harassing them! Overall 100/10 and the next time we have plumbing issues we’ll be calling these guys. also they’re super cute!

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Bradenton. I had called another local company out to our property and not only were they not able to help, but they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for an unnecessary service to "fix" my problem. Within 10 minutes of Nick showing up (exactly on time), he fixed the problem for a few hundred dollars. Their technician, Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I will definitely call Mr. Rooter back if I need their services again.

I could not be more pleased. My technician, Alex, was great. They addressed my problem same day. My plumbing system was clogged. He knew the issue immediately. I didn't have to wait 24 hours. It was after 5 on a Friday. I thought the price was fair.

Sent a plumber 1 hour after my call, very impressed with this company honest with some humour, to calm me down from the mess we were dealing with. Plus solved our problem at 1 am when other 24/7 companies said would help. In those critical time of night when all were closed. All in all Luke Vickers though quite young, but very professional and calm dealing with us, should receive a 5 star rating.
