We were in need of a major change to our sewer line and clean out. The sewer kept getting clogged and water backed up in the basement. We finally called Mr. Rooter based on a recommendation. Our sewer had a clog that was slow draining and we thought we would be OK for a few days until they could get out to do the big project which was quite expensive. Unfortunately, the water stopped draining and we had to call them out to clear the clog just 2 days before they were coming to fix all of it. The cost for clearing the clog was over $300. Since we were spending so much money with them to fix it for good, they wrote off the amount for clearing the clog. They came out and put in a two way cleanout and fixed a damaged pipe. Mr. Rooter did a great job. They were friendly and professional and now I won't have to pay hundreds of dollars a year clearing clogs. They will be my go to plumber from now on!

We had a complicated residential lawn sprinkler situation with some heads buried inches underground, causing flooding, and some not needed (extra) heads. Sebastian corrected all quickly and completely at a reasonable price. 5 Stars !

5 Stars for Mr. Rooter! Our water line was leaking and the project was difficult due to the quantity of river rock in our soil (we live on Eagle Island). Despite the challenges, the Mr. Rooter team worked out a solution to every challenge and did an excellent job. The crew was professional, friendly and exceptionally hard working. They earned my trust and respect. Highly recommend!

My friends kid threw a toy in my toilet, little stinker. Geoff was able to come out and retrieve her toy, and also verified the line was clear by putting a camera in my line, and showing me there was no more issues. Thanks Geoff, and Mr Rooter for getting me taken care of same day. Great customer service!

Recently, I had my kitchen sink clog, and after attempting things on my own I call for professional help. The gal that answered the phone got me booked the same day, and was very nice! The plumber I had here was amazing! Andy was in and out of my house in a jiffy, and got my sink flowing again, with an amazing price. I will make sure to use Mr. Rooter in the future, and will be recommending my friends to them!

Had emergency pipe break in my crawlspace. Called and got help the same day. Sebastian got down in the mud, and fixed my pipe in a good time. Amazing service all around

I had issues with my home backing up, and Mr. Rooter saved the day. The office lady was very nice. The plumber, Dan, was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue at a very fair price. I will continue to use Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing needs!
