From the first encounter where a camera was sent down my line to diagnose the problem, till I signed off on the completed job, things went exactly as I was told they would. Discovered that the town had broke my sewer line when they plut a new sidewalk in at 1am mr rooter showed up unfortunately couldn’t clear the clog came back sunday am jetted the clog away 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫ed the break they pulled a new line in a week later pipe bursting very professional business friendly responsive couldn’t be happier with the work. Corbin was courteous, professional, shared details on everything he was doing and above all, he was incredibly honest. I really appreciated his work ethic and his drive to go above and beyond. Great guy, he really saved us today!

Mr Rooter was very professional. I needed work done on my furnace , during the busy winter season, and they were one of the only companies that actually called back . Kept me informed of the work being done and showed me personally once the job was complete. While others said the job couldn’t be done (furnace needed to be replaced ) Mr Rooter was confident and able to repair without a costly replacement . Will definitely use them again !!
