Mr. Kevin Copper arrived well within specified time window. I was comfortable with him coming into the house. He explained in detail what he did and why he thought the clog was cleared (and I agree with his observations and conclusions). He persevered in finding and clearing the clog, 88 feet away, which was apparently at roots that have grown into drainage pipe. I was very happy with the service and highly recommend both Mr. Rooter and Mr. Copper.

I had such a positive experience with Mr. Rooter. This was the first time I called them. They called me back immediately on a Saturday evening and had someone at my home the following morning. Kevin from Mr Rooter did a FANTASTIC job fixing my water flow drainage problem. He ran a few tests and iteratively diagnosed the problem. He ‘snaked out’ my outbound water flow pipe (around 80 feet) and was able to clear the water flow blockage. He was extremely diligent in performing the work until it was completed, especially since my drainage system is over 50 years old. Kevin is a great technician and a fantastic person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him !!!

My landlord recommended contacting Mr. Rooter for a plumbing issue with our kitchen sink. Seeing it was Sunday afternoon I didn't know if we could get someone in to take care of the situation. Fortunately we did. We had Wesley Cooper come out to service us. He was kind enough to give me a heads-up when he was on the way and was able to get things working. Though it was a bit more than I expected to pay, the fact that it was a Sunday night pretty much when the job was done offset the cost somewhat ☺️. Appreciated the service and definitely recommend them.
