I called, the scheduling was prompt (the following morning; it wasn’t an emergency), Alejandro arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. We explained our issue, he came up with a plan, and executed. He successfully cleared the line, offered some key suggestions, and was all done in about an hour. Zero complaints!

Kevin and his teammate Jahson did an outstanding job fixing both a drain clog and a set of frozen pipes in our house. They were transparent, detailed and stayed for hours until our issues were fully resolved. They did a great job cleaning up after their work as well. Highly recommend!

It was a very positive experience. The company called to let me know that the plumber was running later than the timeframe they had given me, but they had given me a two hour window. He arrived about a half an hour later than expected, but I did appreciate the phone call and I had a bathroom sink a bathtub sink drain and a kitchen sink that worked totally clogged and within half an hour 45 minutes they had me all good to go. He was polite and informative, and I thought very reasonably priced highly recommend.

We made an emergency call to Mr. Rooter on Sunday. The dispatcher contacted Eron promptly, and he called back as soon as his other jobs were completed. He was knowledgeable and professional, and explained the cause of our basement flood clearly. The work was done promptly, and the bill was not as steep as we had expected. We are considering having more work, to update our drainage system and avoid future problems.

Spence was one of the best service professionals I have met in a long time. He communicated regarding time of arrival and explained what he was doing with the cost involved. He offered recommendations on how to keep my drains running smoothly to avoid problems in the future. I would definitely use him again if I needed anything done in the house.
