I usually don't make reviews but I the service I received from Rich was exceptional. Not only was he a really nice person to talk to, but he also was efficient and tidy. Our new pipes, water, and prv are doing great thanks to him!

Whole house re-pipe: replaced main stack and drains, replaced water lines, installed new lines, and installed a new water heater. Technicians were Rich and John. I had 3 estimates taken for this job and Rich was the only one that took an honest look around and told me what would need to happen. I trusted him right away, then their estimate came in a couple thousand under the other 2. It was an easy choice. These guys did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work they have done. They even took on a few other small jobs not in the estimate and didn't adjust the estimate.

These guys were amazing. They responded to a sewer emergency that we had on our Construction site. Quick response, professional services, and saved us from disaster. I would recommend their team to anyone.

Water Heater and PRV replacement: Rich (Tech) was very courteous, professional and efficient. He identified a couple of other issues or potential issues without any pressure to sell. He was spot on with the estimate for time and left the entire work area clean. I would definitely use them and recommend them if all Techs are as good as Rich.

The entire experience was GREAT....1st, I had zero plans for conversation regarding leaking shower faucet at rental. Our regular maintenance team was in Florida helping with hurricane damage, so I went searching for some help. Called Mr. Rooter, Kim informed me Rich was heading to location and getting me price in about 2 hours (that's crazy good) and no fee. After talking to total of 3 repair companies Mr. Rooter was 1/2 the price, so they got job(1 company charged me $99.00 for estimate and they wanted more than double). We set repair up 2 days later Rich sent me before and after pictures of work. Did not even need to personally inspect quality of work. Super job!!!! hats off to Mr. Rooter Plumbing Team and Rich. Our tech, Rich Bush showed us a video inspection of our drain before and after the drain cleaning. We are very satisfied with the service provided and will call next time we need a plumber.

Very pleased with the service. Technician Umesh came on Thursday evening to diagnose problem with the water heater. They returned early Friday to replace the water heater. Both Arya and Umesh were professional . They came on time and did a great job including cleaning up after. I would highly recommmend.

They came 2 hours after I requested the installation of a water heater. 2 hours later it was installed. The tenants couldn’t believe how quickly the issue was resolved, and frankly neither could I. Two thumbs up!

We were in need of a plumber and went to Angi to find one. Fortunately, in wasn't an emergency. Almost immediately after posting on Angi, we received a call from Mr. Rooter. The problem was explained and they let us know, if time allowed someone would be there later or the next morning at 8:30am. We received an email with the name of who was coming and a picture. He (Phillip) arrived Sunday morning and was very professional. he looked over what was going on and fixed a few issues. We were very happy with this visit and would use this service again in the future as needed.
