Their two-man crew came to my rescue in under an hour! My kitchen sink drain had stopped up and it's the main location for our activities, especially during the holidays. They came in, augerred my drain, cleaned up very well and that problem was gone. Back to holiday celebrations! Thank you Mr. Rooter.

After a well of company here with only one bathroom the tub was not dealing depite boiling water and some amateur snaking. Soso & Alex did a great job, excellent communication, timely response, courteous, fast, and transparent, reasonable pricing as well as recommending ways to avoid clogs in the future!!

The same day I called about a leak under my kitchen sink, 2 capable men arrived, on time (!), checked out the problem, quoted me a reasonable price, parts & labor included, went to get the part, and installed it. i had a leak under the house -- i could tell because i could hear the sounds of running water in my pipes. They were able to come out within an hour of contacting them. Celso and Alex were the plumbers and they were quick and professional and offered helpful information for future possible issues. Thanks for your work.

I have a property management company and we have used Mr. Rooter many times. Owner Brett Bidwell is a stand-up guy who knows his stuff and cares about helping people. I know we're in excellent hands and appreciate being able to rely on them.

Alex and Celso have come out a number of times to help me with plumbing things. They installed a new hot water heater, replaced a cartridge in my shower, and today just replaced my garbage disposal. Mr. Rooter plumbing has always picked up the phone quickly and had someone at my house same day or next to fix the issue. Alex and Celso who have done most of the work are great guys, always do a good job explaining to me my options and how pricing is set up. They also do a great job walking me through anything I have questions about and make sure to clean up after themselves when they're gone. Plumbing issues can be very stressful, but these guys make it a breeze!
