Mitchell and Andrew did a great job replacing the water heater, pipes, and one of my bathrooms faucet. I was expecting it would take most of the day but the job was done in about 3 hours. I would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Andrew was great, we talked thru the issue and he explained what he was doing and why. He was able to finish in a timely manner and everything working correctly within a couple of hours. While you never want plumbing issues, I would absolutely call Mr Rooter again and request Andrew to do the work.

The plumber called around town to find the parts to fix two urinals. He was working for hours in order to get this done before an event took place at the church.

I had a shower that wouldn't shut off on Christmas day. Mr. Rooter actually contacted me on Christmas day and scheduled a repair first thing on the 26th. They also diagnosed that I needed a new water heater and were able to install it on the same day. The plumber that came out was extremely fast and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company. They really got me out of a bind.
