From scheduling of appointments, handled with care and compassion by Michael, through completion of scheduled work, the process, in my experience, has always been seamless. I recommend the Advantage Plan for economy over time, but for me the finest feature of the company is the dedication of its staff to providing prompt, courteous, expert care for customers. Through the years we have been Mr. Rooter customers, Jeremy has done regular maintenance check-ups to catch potential problems before damage can occur. On jobs large and small, he patiently explains what needs to be done and why. Most recently, while city water was off during Helene recovery, he installed a bypass for a whole house filter, taking time to make a video to explain his work and how we could best safeguard our pipes and appliances when water was restored. He answered questions until I was confident I could use the new valves in the crawl space to ensure a safe transition between use of the filter bypass system and renewed use of the filter. I cannot say enough about the quality of Jeremy's work; his attention to detail, diligence in completing projects, kindness, and patience have always been much appreciated but most especially during the stressful days for everyone following Helene. Dave worked hard to locate and repair a damaged line in the yard after hurricane Helene. He really put alot of effort into helping me fine the most cost efficient solution and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend.

The team came to my house, one and one-half hours after my 8 AM, Land Line call to their office. This was during a severe crisis involving the lack of cell service and electricity. Both situations occurred due to our Tropical Storm/Hurricane Helene, which occurred in September 2024 in Brevard, North Carolina,.The two technicians were knowledgeable and had an immediate solution to my Liberty Pump Lift Station backup and non-working pump for my home's sewer needs. We had experienced a week-long power outage at my house before my call. They were done within an hour and saved me from replacing a $3,500 pump. Michael answered my call promptly (no message service!) and sent Jeremy to my house - he was here in less than an hour. Jeremy identified and fixed a stubborn sewer line blockage. He then replaced nearly everything in a 25-year-old toilet so that it now looks and functions like new. Jeremy was competent and professional and kept me informed every step of the way. These were not easy fixes, but the work was done to perfection in a couple of hours (because he had all the parts and equipment he needed in his truck). The price was not cheap, but I considered it to be fair. It was worth it because my peace of mind has been restored - knowing that these two difficult problems won't be keeping me awake at night any more.

Had issues with both the Master and Guest Bath showers. Asked for several quotes but Mr Rooter was the first to respond and to follow-up. They were able to accommodate me the next day and sent out their technician Paul to assess the situation. Which he quickly did, gave me the estimate and was able to fix both showers the same day. Paul tested the showers and one had an issue with an identical replacement part so he used an upgraded part. He had me test both to ensure I was satisfied. Paul was courteous throughout and he even took the time to show me how to turn off my water and the tool I needed (as the main shut-off is outside). Would highly recommend Mr Rooter. I’ll use them again.
