From scheduling of appointments, handled with care and compassion by Michael, through completion of scheduled work, the process, in my experience, has always been seamless. I recommend the Advantage Plan for economy over time, but for me the finest feature of the company is the dedication of its staff to providing prompt, courteous, expert care for customers. Through the years we have been Mr. Rooter customers, Jeremy has done regular maintenance check-ups to catch potential problems before damage can occur. On jobs large and small, he patiently explains what needs to be done and why. Most recently, while city water was off during Helene recovery, he installed a bypass for a whole house filter, taking time to make a video to explain his work and how we could best safeguard our pipes and appliances when water was restored. He answered questions until I was confident I could use the new valves in the crawl space to ensure a safe transition between use of the filter bypass system and renewed use of the filter. I cannot say enough about the quality of Jeremy's work; his attention to detail, diligence in completing projects, kindness, and patience have always been much appreciated but most especially during the stressful days for everyone following Helene. The team came to my house, one and one-half hours after my 8 AM, Land Line call to their office. This was during a severe crisis involving the lack of cell service and electricity. Both situations occurred due to our Tropical Storm/Hurricane Helene, which occurred in September 2024 in Brevard, North Carolina,.The two technicians were knowledgeable and had an immediate solution to my Liberty Pump Lift Station backup and non-working pump for my home's sewer needs.
