They were on time and called to say they were coming. Plumber worked hard to fix my problem. I live in an older home and he had a time with the job, but he fixed the problem. Great determination! Also, they did not stray from their estimate. They charged what they say they were going to charge.

They were very courteous and helpful on the phone and let us know when someone was on their way to our home. The plumber who worked on our sinks was knowledgeable, efficient, and fixed the problem in a very satisfactory way. He was polite and gave helpful information and suggestions without being pushy. We felt that the cost was reasonable and that we got what we paid for. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing issues!
