My husband and I just bought a foreclosed home with some mystery septic/well issues. Mr. Rooter and their technicians have been awesome, informative, and caring with helping us identify and resolve this issue. The office staff always kept us informed with quick updates and the technicians were awesome and kept us up to date/informed with every step. Can’t recommend enough!

He was very courteous and did his job very good and didn't waste any time and left the work area clean , I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Really appreciate the professionalism that is shown by the staff. They go that extra step to make sure everything is correct and working properly. Shout out to David Simmerman and his helper that day. Thank you!!

Had a nasty clog in a bathroom lavatory sink. Our plumber, Dave S., had it unclogged, installed a new faucet and P-trap, all in less than 1.5 hrs. Very happy with the work from Mr Rooter.

I had major problems in two bathrooms. I’m so happy they were able to fix everything. I appreciated how he explained everything to me as he went along . When I asked about city sewer lines, he’d already called the sewage office and they were on their way. Fantastic! Cleaned out line for the whole block. Most of all I liked how he listed costs so I could choose what I could afford and what was most important to me to get fixed. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable! I would absolutely call them again.

We were very pleased with the 2 men who installed our new toilet. They were on time, calling ahead to let us know when they would arrive. They were very professional and cleaned up after they completed the install.
