Miguel Lizaola went above and beyond fixing our sewer drains. It was a big job, and he did not give up until he fixed the problem even though it took six hours and into the night.. I have never seen anybody work that hard. he was punctual and very courteous. Will call Mr. Rooter with any future problems. From the first phone call to Mr. Rooter we have only had good experiences. We got connected to our local office quicker than I expected and the receptionist kept me on the line while she spoke with our local tech to see how soon he could get here. He was here within an hour of that call. Flanery is very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. It didn’t take him long at all to clear our pipes of roots and switch out a toilet. I never thought I’d be so happy to hear the sound of a flushed toilet. Haha! Thanks Flanery, and thank you to everyone at Mr. Rooter. Your technician, Flannery, could not have been more pleasant or efficient. We thought it was a clogged drain. He quickly determined it was a clogged garbage disposal and in just a few minutes he had it unclogged and working perfectly. If Flannery is an example of their staff quality, I am impressed. I will call on Mr. Rooter Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Truly happy with who they sent out (Jeremy) for a shower valve blowout in wall of a manufactured home...had it and replaced with better parts and after a couple weeks due to older manufacture home type plumbing pipe used in 1991 it began to leak back at where old pvc connected into the new pvc and i called Mr. Rooter on a Saturday afternoon and Jeremy was right out within the hour fixing it!!! Thank you, we truly appreciate the woman who answered the call (sorry forgot her name) who got us help fast!!! 5 stars to them definitely!!! Ty!!!

I just had surgery on my foot and came home to a blockage in our main sewer line and called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Albany. They were at my house within an hour, spent some time locating my exterior clean out which was buried, found it and worked quickly to remove the blockage. Flannery was awesome, spent time checking my lines out to make sure there were no other issues by sending the camera down the lines which looked good for the most part. He also sent the scrubber down a couple of my leach lines to make sure they were clear. Even though he got the blockage removed pretty quickly, he didn’t a fair amount of time making sure things were okay, just didn’t pack up and leave. A+ for Flannery and same for Mr. Rooter. Thank you!!

John and Taylor are great. What I thought was going to be a serious plumbing issue was dealt with in about five minutes! OMG. John knew to check the faucet line to see what the water flow filters looked like and it was almost completely clogged up. They were friendly and very efficient. Like I said, five minutes. Thank you. You've earned a customer for life! Addendum: I had a toilet flow problem today, 2 weeks or so after the above faucet issue. Again, the problem was quickly resolved by Charlie. He was nice and professional. Thanks!

Many thanks to Mr. Rooter of Albany / Jeramey who saved the day when my gas hot water heater was leaking and I needed to replace it. He arrived and did an assessment and on the same day, he removed the old water heater and replaced it with an even better one! Very experienced professional who knows how to get the job done! Thank you so much! I'm very relieved to have a new gas water heater working now thanks to you!
